Cancelling with Inheriture is easy, read on!
When you start your fully-featured, 60-day, free trial, we ask for payment information but we don't charge your card until the trial is over.
If you chose to subscribe during the trial, you don't need to do anything, your card will automatically be charged at the end of the trial period.
If you'd like to cancel your trial or delete your Inheriture account, log in, go to My Profile, select Account, and click the 'Delete Account' button.
Rest assured, if you cancel, you won’t be charged a thing. That's it.
To cancel your subscription, log in, go to My Profile, select Account and scroll down a bit and select the 'Cancel my subscription' button. From there it's pretty self-explanatory. Once you confirm the cancellation, your account will no longer renew or be charged.
That's how you make sure your subscription is cancelled immediately. The other option is to send a message to support@inheriture.com from the email address associated with your Inheriture account and we can cancel it for you. We'll do it. But we can't promise you we'll enjoy it.
Either way, you'll have access to your estate until the end of your billing cycle, and you can resume your subscription if you change your mind. Once your subscription expires, if you log back in, you'll need to re-subscribe.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your data immediately. Your data will not be deleted until your account has been inactive for more than 120 days.
If you have any further questions about how all of this works, please write us at support@inheriture.com. We're happy to answer any and all questions you have! We want to clear up any questions before you hand us your credit card and subscribe. We want you knowing exactly what you're buying, with all questions answered, before you pay us any of your hard-earned money.
